SONG-ZHEN Biotechnology is the biggest company that
produces plant-based meat in Taoyuan, Taiwan now. The founder of
this company is called Qiu,Qiu-Yue, she’s also the mother of
Chen,Jun-Yu, SONG-ZHEN Biotechnology’s CEO. She established
this company because of her husband, who is a vegetarian and a
Buddhist. Mrs. Qiu worked hard to find what’s the best food for those
vegetarians. She used different kinds of ingredients to make delicious
and nutritive dishes. In 1996, she made up her mind to set a company,
producing her own special products for public.
After her son, Chen, Jun-Yu took over the business, they started
to run an international business, and build a new factory in Guishan.
The Chen family has worked hard in the field for more than 20 years,
they keep trying to develop new products and doing their best to
promote the healthy products to others.
